Health Screening & Package Program I
The followings are the items of the General Health Check-up Program which are operated at Occupational center or Health promotion center. The program includes 2 general categories: Basic and Comprehensive. These medical test file can be made in English. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at the Foreigner's desk.
How to prepare for Health Screening
In general
Fasting is required from midnight before the day of your Health Screening appointment.
Ladies
It is advisable not to book your appointment during menstruation.
If you are menstruating on the day of your appointment, please inform the nurses on arrival. You will not be able to do your urine and stool tests, as well as the Pap Smear
as the presence of blood in these tests would produce inaccurate results. Please inform if you are pregnant because some tests should avoided during pregnancy.

1. Basic Program (Occupational center, Tell: 055-680-8700)
* Preparation: Alien card or passport, 2 photos
- Medical history & physical examination
- Height, Weight
- Blood pressure
- Eye sight, color blindness
- Audiogram(only 1000Hz, 4000Hz)
- Chest X-ray
- Electrocardiogram
- SGOT(AST), SGPT(ALT), HBS Ag/Ab
- Blood glucose
- Total cholesterol
- Hemoglobin - VDRL
- ABO /Rh blood type - AIDS(HIV Ab)
- Urine analysis (Albumin, Sugar, SP.Gravity, Ph)

2. Comprehensive program (Health promotion center, Tell: 055-680-8777)
* Preparation: Alien card or passport
- Eyesight
- Chest X-ray
- Blood sugar
- Chemistry profile
- VDRL, HIV Ab
- Lipid profile
- PSA(M) or CA 125(F)
- Dental exam
- Eye pressure(Tonometry), Fundoscopy
- Lung function test(PFT)
- Blood pressure
- Electrocardiogram
- Complete blood count
- BUN /Creatinin
- HBs Ag/Ab, HCV Ab
- RA, Uric acid, CRP, ESR
- TSH, Free T4
- ABO /Rh blood type
- Audiogram
- Urine analysis and microexamination

- AFP, CEA, CA 19-9
- S-Iron, Tibc
- Abdominal sonography
